Why do I coach?
I want to give back and make an impact on the lives of others. I am passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle.
Why do I love CrossFit?
What’s not to love about constantly varied, functional movements performed at a high intensity…and camaraderie! CrossFit gave me the opportunity to train in so many different methodologies that have continued to hold my attention and interest over the years.
Some of the things I love most:
My son….and salted caramel anything!
High School: Soccer & Basketball (say something about my height)
Collegiate: Basketball (1 year in Canada….it counts!)
