In Group Training classes we combine elements of functional movement, cardio, weightlifting, gymnastics, and much more to create an engaging, fun, and productive workout experience. The Parable Group Fitness Classes offer three tracks to create unparalleled results of better movers and fitter people. Tier 1- Longevity. Tier 2- Performance. Tier 3- Fitness as Sport. In concert with the head coach, each track is navigated individually in this group setting.
