Group Training

Think “fitness”… Our Group Training classes combine all kinds of movements to produce a constantly varied, always fun workout. Our Group Training classes are our most popular and most approachable class. They are coach-led and infinitely scalable… ANYONE can walk into a Group Training class and have a great workout.

Parable 101

Intro to functional movements as defined by Parable Training. Six Individual, Personal Training sessions of assessing ability level through movement analysis, work capacity, and skill acquisition. The movements taught include kettlebell work, gymnastic progressions of pushing and pulling, and an introduction to the Olympic Lifts

Personal Coaching

If you have specific goals, Parable Training will pave the way with personalized movement analysis, lifestyle assessment, corrective exercises, purposeful progressions, drills, and integrative programming for your needs. You’ll be amazed at what individual attention can inspire.

Team Sports ages 12-18: If you have 5 or more athletes interested on your team, contact us to book a team session! We will go over movement analysis/assessment and bulletproofing, as well as strength and conditioning.
